1. Introduction Community Dogs of Dunblane Terms & Conditions Welcome to the Community Dogs of Dunblane scheme. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
2. Eligibility Participation in the CDD scheme is open to all dog owners residing in Dunblane and the surrounding areas. Each dog must be registered individually through the CDD registration process.
3. Registration To register, owners must complete the online registration form, providing accurate information about themselves and their dog. Owners must agree to the Community Rules and Terms & Conditions to complete registration. Upon successful registration, owners will receive a unique QR code for their dog.
4. Community Rules By joining the CDD scheme, owners agree to abide by the following Community Rules:

1. Politeness: Dogs must be polite and well-behaved; they should be seen and not heard.

2. Cleanliness: Owners must pick up any waste their dog produces.

3. Respect: Dogs and owners must respect the rules and property of participating businesses.

4. Leash Requirement: Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas unless in designated off leash zones.

5. Supervision: Dogs must be under the supervision of their owners at all times.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or termination of membership in the scheme.
5. QR Code and Discounts Each registered dog receives a unique QR code, which must be presented at participating businesses to receive a 5% discount. Discounts apply only to the total bill and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise by the business. Participating businesses reserve the right to refuse discounts if the QR code is not presented or if the dog or owner violates the Community Rules.
6. Participating Businesses A list of participating businesses will be available on the CDD website. The list of businesses may change, and CDD will strive to keep the information updated. CDD is not responsible for any disputes between owners and businesses regarding discounts.
7. Data Protection Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of the CDD scheme. CDD is committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Liability CDD is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses that occur as a result of participating in the scheme. Owners are responsible for their dogs’ behavior and any damages or injuries their dogs may cause.
9. Modification and Termination CDD reserves the right to modify or terminate the scheme at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated via the CDD website. 1
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from participation in the CDD scheme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
